Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:  


 Placement Officer-: 


  •  Create opportunities for student placements and analyze job requirement as per the candidate qualification and skill sets. 
  •  Responsible for New Client tie ups and renewals of tie ups. 
  •  Ensuring excellent rapport & relationship with clients. 
  •  Have to screen and shortlist students as per client requirement. 
  •  Have to maintain students database 
  •  Meet HR Heads of the organization, give them detailed Presentation & do the tie up for placements. 
  •  Ensuring minimum 90% placements of students. 
  •   Scope of Learning all domains of HR (Hr Generalist, T&D, Payroll, T&A etc) 

 Counselor - 


  •  Handle the walk-ins. 
  •  Ensure that proper hospitality is accorded to the walk-ins. 
  •  Conduct seminars or presentations for the inquiries. 
  •  Organize in house workshops. 
  •  Actively Participate in Education Fairs. 
  •  Ensure that correct and proper briefing regarding the industry, courses and fees structure, placement etc. are given to the walk-ins. 
  •  Ensure a good conversion in terms of Inquiry vs. conversions. 
  •  Ensure the achievement of targeted collections, business bookings (Billing) and enrollments 
  •  Follow up inquiries Proper Documentation of inquiries, enrollments, fee collection and billing' status  
  •  Liaison with the Marketing Departments for preparing the Marketing plan Maintain report with all the existing students for generating references through them 
  •  Report to the Concerned Head on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Job Description
  •  Candidate must have strong background with hands on experience in SEO & SMO. 
  •  Monitor organic/ paid campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities. 
  •  Create and Manage SEM strategy, Competitor Analysis, Strong analysis of marketing metrics, including ROI and effectiveness of campaigns. 
  •  Hands on experience on paid social like Facebook, LinkedIn etc. 
  •  Hands on experience on Lead generation. Will be responsible for generating inbound (Foreigners coming to India) leads. 
  •  Accelerate PPC Marketing using analytical and creative skills. Maximize profits by developing and crafting Google- Display Advertisement, planning and deploying PPC campaigns. 
  •  Track and update traffic patterns through PPC or cost per click, as well as Adwords Management. Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google Ad Words. 
  •  Managing Google-Banner Ads (including client search strategies), Paid Search Campaigns, setting up and optimizing Paid Search/PPC campaigns. 
  •  Tracking of funds in the account and maintain conversions. Coordination with Content Writers, Web-Developer and Web-Designers. 
  •  Holistic ownership of product profitability through deployment of marketing, advertising and communication strategies. Directly contributed towards sole revenue source for the start-up business. 
  •  Oversee and evaluate show performance market-by-market, making adjustments to meet marketing strategy in changing market or competitive conditions.
