Cloud Security Essentials Certification

The Cloud Security Essentials (CSE) course will cover the basics of cloud computing and cloud security. Apprentices will understand the critical fundamentals of cloud security because the course features IAM roles in AWS, access control, encryption, and conducting risk assessments. Thus, Learners will be able to practically apply their learned skills in the real world when it comes to securing resources related to the cloud.

In labs, Learners will create IAM policies, implement security measures, troubleshoot incidents to understand vulnerabilities and threats so they have a well-rounded understanding of cloud technologies. In addition, we will discuss compliance laws, data privacy, and incident response for a well-rounded cloud cybersecurity experience.

This course is best for those already established in a cloud computing field, including IT personnel, security analysts, and those working directly in cloud management as it provides all the essential skills needed to maintain security within a cloud-based system. Those confident in this course will be able to apply the industry-wide best practices required to enhance their skill sets within the scope of cloud security.
