Coaching for Results Training

The Coaching for Results program is focused on equipping managers with the tools and strategies they need to lead impactfully and improve team performance. This course is highly interactive and provides practice with five core competencies of effective coaching: observation, creative problem solving, active listening, feedback discussion, and shared goal setting.
