  • 2–3 years of experience in networking or systems administration  
  • Knowledge of cloud service models and IT service management  
  • Familiarity with major hypervisor technology for server virtualization  
  • Hands-on experience with at least one private or public cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform  
  • The CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent training and experience  
  • 18–24 months of hands-on experience with installation, configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and network operating system issues
