Introduction to Microsoft Azure Red Hat OpenShift Course

The Do121 course is designed for platform operators who want to provide an Azure Red Hat OpenShift Cluster and adopt the day-2 operations required to support online applications and developer workloads. This self-book course provides a comprehensive understanding of OpenShift in Azure, focusing on establishing, configuring, and managing a strong Azure OpenShift environment for enterprise use.

Participants must learn to identify the pre-expectations required to create a Microsoft Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) cluster and both have to use clusters as administrators and developers, self-service users. The course also includes wide stages to connect the ARO cluster to Red Hat services, which enable spontaneous integration with other cloud platforms and DevOps tools.

Major disciplines include configuring additional storage classes, enabling logging with Azure Monitor, creating a dedicated node pool, and applying node autoscaling for efficient resource use. Additionally, the learners will detect security best practices, access control policies, and cluster display tuning to maintain a stable and safe cloud environment. By the end of the course, the participants will be equipped with the skills required to effectively manage the ARO cluster, automate operations and adapt the app in a hybrid cloud architecture.
